德国BaFin对BitcoinWelt展开调查
德国联邦金融监管局(BaFin)周五宣布，BitcoinWelt正在接受调查，因为该网站涉嫌在德国开展未经授权的银行和金融服务活动。根据BaFin的警告，BitcoinWelt不受德国监管机构的监管。
“德国的银行或金融服务提供商需要根据KWG获得许可。然而，一些公司没有获得必要的许可就擅自行动。”不过，BaFin没有透露调查的细节。BitcoinWelt网站还称提供外汇和差价合约交易服务，并提供英语和德语两种语言。
截止发稿时，该网站仍在运营，尽管它的模板似乎有技术故障，因为显示的信息没有适当的设计，甚至隐藏了徽标。BaFin、德国联邦刑事警察办公室(BKA)和州刑事警察办公室提醒人们在投资此类平台之前进行尽职调查。
最近，BaFin还Flab Group LTD运营的交易平台fortexo.co展开调查。fortexo.co的交易平台不受德国当局监管，可能在德国国内提供未经授权的银行和金融服务——BitcoinWelt的情况也是如此。
该网站背后的公司在圣文森特和格林纳丁斯的管辖下获得了提供银行业务的许可。然而，BaFin表示，它并不会自动授予该公司在德国提供此类服务的合法权力。
