Coinbase将通过债务工具融资15亿美元
Coinbase Global日前宣布将通过债务工具筹集15亿美元，收益将用于产品开发和潜在的并购。
该公司表示：“此次融资是一个机会，可以用低成本资本支撑我们已经强劲的资产负债表。”
债务工具是2028年和2031年到期的高级票据。Coinbase将与初始买家讨论，并制定利率、赎回条款和其他条款。
此外，Coinbase称这些工具只会以私募形式出售给合格的机构买家。由于这些票据没有在美国金融市场监管机构注册，只有非美国投资者才能购买。票据将由全资子公司Coinbase作无条件担保。
一周前，Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong透露美国证券交易委员会(SEC)可能起诉该交易所。
今年4月初，该交易所在纳斯达克上市，但股价低于发行价34%，表现不佳。
此次债务融资将是该公司上市后的第二次尝试。去年5月，该交易所已经发行了12.5亿美元2026年到期的优先债券。
