暗池运营商Liquidnet日前加强了其在债券市场的服务，推出Liquidnet Primary Markets，为新发行债券提供电子化的债券资本市场 (DCM) 工作流程。
Liquidnet Primary Markets允许Liquidnet成员在欧洲和美国的债券市场交易新发行的债券。
该公司表示，其新的固定收益会员服务模式也是对新产品的补充。该模型包括一个专门的交易覆盖团队，为Liquidnet成员提供专业知识和见解，从而帮助他们完成交易。
Liquidnet被总部位于伦敦的TP ICAP收购，交易于今年早些时候完成。
