BaFin调查Flab集团涉嫌非法活动
德国联邦金融监管局（BaFin）已对Flab Group LTD运营的交易平台fortexo.co展开调查。根据监管机构发布的通知，该交易平台不受德国当局监管，在德国境内提供未经授权的银行和金融服务。
Flab集团在圣文森特和格林纳丁斯的管辖下获得了提供银行业务的许可。不过，监管机构表示，这并没有自动授予该公司在德国提供此类服务的合法权力。
德国联邦刑事警察办公室（BKA）和州刑事警察办公室也要求德国居民在与这家仍在接受德国当局调查的无执照公司打交道时保持谨慎。截至发稿时，关于监管机构是否认定Flab Group LTD遵守了在德国运营的法律要求，还没有进一步的消息。
今年5月，BaFin发布了一项针对新型银行公司N26的命令，以加强对防止利用该平台洗钱和恐怖融资的控制和保障。监管机构任命了一名“特别专员”，负责监督命令的执行。尽管该命令强调，数字银行应该遵守一般的尽职调查要求，但它没有具体说明该公司是否违反了任何规定。
然而，N26指出，欺诈者通过推动第三方开设账户来滥用该平台，这些账户被用于欺诈目的。
