SEC在三起案件中奖励举报人260万美元
美国证券交易委员会(SEC)日前宣布，已向在三起独立案件中提供协助的五名举报人支付约260万美元。其中，SEC奖励一名举报人约120万美元。
举报人的信息帮助SEC取得执法行动的成功。
SEC表示，该机构会奖励提供有价值信息的举报人，这些信息来自举报人的独立知识或独立分析，对执法行动有重大贡献。
SEC一直在积极支持其举报人奖励计划。今年6月，该监管机构向有价值的举报人发放约530万美元。其中一人因为报告敏感信息而获得近400万美元的收入。
