交易要学会自律
1、被动自律阶段
好的开始是成功的一半，本周一黄金疯涨，我这个钢筋又不服了，导致空单节节溃败，庆幸的是没有爆仓，源于自降杠杆了，无法开大仓。
2、主动自律阶段
应该是我很难逾越的坎，人都是逐利的，越是仓位小越想暴富，何谈仓位管理。
大家有什么好的方法让我做到主动自律呢😬
