马耳他金融服务管理局(MFSA)日前发布了一份有关金融产品推广的指南，公司在开展金融产品或服务的营销活动时应满足该新规定。
MFSA表示，奖励不能具有实质性的价值，公司应避免客户打陌生电话，消费者亦不应受到由监管人士带来的不恰当指引。
此外，MFSA提醒投资者注意所有推广奖励都应该遵守新规。
最近，MFSA理事会宣布，已任命Joseph Gavin为其新任CEO，自2021年9月起生效。
