期货公司工作记录（82）
上月完成开户：2户。
继续推进生猪保险+期货项目，二级部门完成会签报送政府审批，与风险子公司保持有效沟通完成场外期权开户，政府流程推进比预想的要慢很多，也不知道这个月能不能够正式下文。
发了二季度的绩效，工资又上涨40%，领导答应我明年继续帮我提升职级，这样的话每月到手差不多有20K，在三线城市来说已经算不错的工作收入。
政治局会议提出了下半年的工作计划，纠正运动式减碳工作，黑色上半年的交易逻辑可能已经转变，未来交易可能以空为主，当然也要看具体的政策落实情况，领导叫我写一篇文章解读宏观政策的转向，感觉很难写，头大。
之前一直计划要去拜访一个螺纹钢产业客户，但是迟迟没有去，真是尴尬，还是希望自己能够加把劲，赶紧拜访客户。约了一个外地的生猪企业，想去拜访，也得在这周能够完成。计划举办一个白糖沙龙，做一下策略行情分享，也希望自己能够落实，邀请客户比较难。
其他期货公司最近动作频频，经常组织客户深入产区调研，组织行情研讨会，我们公司却一直没有什么动作，有些客户已经在其他公司开户了，客户维护工作还是要做好。
