塞浦路斯证券交易委员会(CySEC)日前发布了一份通知，提醒公众警惕模仿监管机构的诈骗者。CySEC称，其已收到几起来自市场参与者的投诉，称有人冒充CySEC官员和代表向投资者收取费用，承诺解决投资者的赔偿诉求。
CySEC表示，它没有权力向个人投资者收取费用，也没有授权任何人代表它这样做。
去年5月，CySEC对冒名者发出警告，这些诈骗者经常通过复杂的网络活动来欺骗投资者。
CySEC指出，诈骗者通过带有CySEC标识、地址和官员伪造签名的电子邮件与投资者接触。他们通常会做出虚假承诺，协助投资者获得赔偿，从而获取个人信息。
此外，与其他欧洲监管机构一样，CySEC也在积极打击欺诈金融服务平台。
