隔夜油价在日线收止跌K线组合后继续上行，但称不上强劲。欧洲央行决定维持三大关键利率不变，符合市场预期，一定程度上利维持当前的低利率，甚至要致力于“永久宽松”，可以看出欧洲央行支多油价，但市场的解读还有待观察。欧洲央行决议主要透露出两点信息，首先欧洲央行在通胀达到2%之前，都会持经济复苏的决心，维持当前的宽松政策利于欧洲走出疫情阴影，同时利于提高欧元区的消费水平。拉加德强调，三季度欧元区经济有望强劲增长，这将带动原油的消费，因为疫情的反复，欧元区的原油消费能力落后于美国和中国，若如期发展，原油的消费将形成第三极，利好显而易见。
