非上即下的价格运动，规定了你应该学会非多即空的交易行为，在一个特定时间周期里我们说价格的运动方式：一、涨势或者跌势情况下，为上涨-调整-上涨闯新高。空反之。二、转势情况下，上涨-调整—上涨不能创新高-转为周期内创新低则转为下跌。或者下跌-调整-下跌不能创新低转为周期内创新高则转为上涨趋势。
