指数：进场时机太晚，错过开盘的那波大跌，进场即横盘整理，恒指未拿住，待A50创新低后入场开空，现在看，若明天恒指与A50同时下跌，恒指更适合操作；
期货：黄金若能放量突破1795，短期进场开多，第一目标位1800
