英国FCA针对币安发布禁令
英国金融行为监管局（FCA）近日禁止币安（Binance）在英国从事所有受监管的活动。
FCA在其网站上发布警告称：“在英国，币安市场有限公司不允许从事任何受监管的活动。该公司是币安集团的一部分。”
“由于FCA的强制要求，币安市场有限公司目前在没有FCA事先书面同意的情况下，不被允许从事任何受监管的活动。”
“币安集团的其他实体没有任何形式的英国授权、注册或许可证，在英国开展受监管的活动。”
“币安集团似乎正在通过网站Binance.com向英国客户提供一系列产品和服务。”
继上周五日本金融厅（FSA）发出警告后，币安遭受了新的打击。日本金融厅发布的警告称，币安一直在日本提供加密货币交易服务，但没有在日本金融厅注册。
今年4月，德国金融监管机构警告投资者，币安推出股票代币交易可能违反了证券法规。
FCA的最新举措是全球监管机构针对币安采取的最重要举措之一。FCA发布了针对在开曼群岛注册的币安控股公司和币安市场有限公司的消费者警告，币安市场有限公司是一家由币安集团首席执行官赵长鹏控制并由英国FCA监管的伦敦子公司。
