期货公司工作记录（78）
最近除了写报告，没什么其他的事，所以总结一下最近挨的骂
1、拜访政府官员未带名片。
要求跟领导会员不准加微信，不准插话，但是我连名片都没带，主要现在很少有人发名片，发的名片绝大部分也丢了，所以没递名片，被领导骂工作严重失职。
2、拜访客户未带笔记本
要带上笔带上笔记本，记下领导的话，感觉有点像那啥，但是必须要带，没带被骂了个狗血喷头。
3、不主动举办线上线下活动
从年初到现在未举办一场线上线下会议，跟产业联系越来越差，作为以产业立足的营业部，跟产业客户越来越远，严重失职
4、安排的事没有后续对接
已跟客户、交易所对接锰硅交割库申请事宜，但迟迟未做调研，未形成报告，对安排的事不够主动，交割库申请是跟客户建立深切联系的一种方式，后续资源对接优势非常明显，但过去两周都没有主动对接
5、自身定位不清晰
要把营业部的事到成自己的事，把自己当做营业部负责人，自己主动解决营业部的自身问题，不能只等领导安排才去做，要勇于上进，工作做在前面。
