Possible Bottoming Here and Start of New Trend

Here is a possible head and shoulders pattern, if it will break the resistance line might be an indication to start buying some dollars in this market, my alert is set for when it will break the resistance level .

Well, we can't be not 100% sure but I will love to hear your input on this idea as well.
