LHCM万汇:央行外汇局大招频出,赌人民币汇率单边升贬值不可取
继本周一(5月31日)央行将金融机构外汇存款备金率由当前的5%上调2个百分点至7%后，本周三(6月2日)外汇局一次性向17家合格境内机构投资者(QDII)发放了103亿美元额度，这是有史以来单次或单月批准额度最多的一次。
加快QDII额度发放，有助于构建金融双向开放新格局，也有利于疏导境内主体多样化境外资产配置需求，为境内金融机构提升境外投资能力提供机会。这体现了相关部门围绕保持人民币汇率在合理均衡水平上基本稳定的目标，采取增加汇率弹性、有序扩大金融市场双向开放的外汇政策组合拳思路。
预计接下来围绕资本项目和金融市场高水平开放，尤其是股票、债券、外汇市场开放等，落实跨境资本流动均衡管理，央行外汇局仍会有一系列新的举措。所以，市场不必纠结汇率问题，更不要去赌人民币单边升值或贬值。借用前不久央行官员话“不要赌人民币汇率单边升值或贬值，久赌必输”。
