美国证券交易委员会（SEC）日前表示希望与国会以及其他监管机构合作，共同研究保护加密货币投资者的方案。
SEC主席Gensler强调了比特币最近的价格走势及其媒体关注，他意识到有很多加密货币处于高度不稳定，该行业仍有很多空白需要填补，监管机构应该在这种环境中为投资者提供足够的保护。
此外，Gensler指出，加密借贷平台和去中心化金融（DeFI）平台给投资者保护带来了进一步的挑战。
在过去几个月里，加密货币的使用率上升，SEC专员Hester Peirce呼吁加密货币立法。
