日本（JFSA）实行的是混业监管，即由金融厅独家对银行业、证券业、保险业及非金融机构进行全面监管。对外汇保证金业务机构的监管，主要包括定期检查（半年或年终结算时等）、随时检查以及交易商每月末提供交易报告等形式。
