莫斯科交易所宣布收购INGURU
莫斯科交易所(MOEX)今天宣布收购了INGURU 70%的股份，INGURU是一家提供保险和银行产品的电子商务平台提供商。MOEX计划在未来五年内将其在该公司的持股增加到接近100%。
根据官方声明，MOEX旨在通过本次合作为客户选择保险和银行服务提供便利。MOEX没有披露交易财务条款，但提到收购价格将取决于INGURU的运营和财务表现。
INGURU平台为客户提供比较和选择不同保险和银行产品的服务。俄罗斯几家领先的保险公司都可以使用这个平台。
2020年3月，MOEX收购了BierbaumPro AG的部分股权。
上个月，MOEX公布了2021年第一季度财报。该交易所的营业收入增长了7.2%。总费用和佣金收入增长了17%，达到92.529亿卢布，净利润共计68.353亿卢布。
