TMX集团报告2021年第一季度收入为2.52亿美元
多伦多证券交易所的运营商TMX集团周二宣布了其2021年第一季度的财务业绩。TMX集团报告称，2021年第一季度的营收为2.52亿美元，比2020年第一季度的2.203亿美元增长了14%。
根据官方声明，2021年前三个月的净利润飙升了38%，达到9640万美元。公司将季度股息提高到每股77美分。2021年第一季度摊薄每股收益达到1.70美元，较2020年同期增长37%。
TMX集团报告称，上季度股票和固定收益交易及清算业务的收入增长了18%。资本形成的收入为6110万美元，高于2020年第一季度的4010万美元。
TMX集团2021年前三个月的运营费用大幅增加，2021年第一季度的总运营费用增长了近9%，达到1.193亿美元。在2020年第一季度，TMX报告的运营费用约为1.09亿美元。
“这一增长反映了与我们的短期员工绩效激励计划相关的成本上升，销售佣金约为510万美元，遣散费约为120万美元，人员和工资成本上升，软件许可费用增加。”TMX在官方声明中提到。
