Virtu公布一季度收入创历史新高 股票回购额3亿美元
电子做市商Virtu Financial日前发布了2021年第一季度的财务报告，报告显示其收入和利润均创历史新高。
根据报告，总收入超过10.1亿美元，同比增长1.2％。净收入为8.127亿美元，增长1.3%。
调整后净交易收入同比下降7.2％，至7.28亿美元。EBITDA为5.647亿美元，下降0.9％。
此外，净收入总计为4.092亿美元，同比增长5.4％。扣除一次性整合成本和非现金项目的标准化调整后净收入也增长了0.3％，达到4.016亿美元。
Virtu董事会决定在一季度分配每股0.24美元的现金股息，并批准了另外3亿美元的股票回购计划。
该公司CEO Douglas Cifu称：“我们出色的季度表现得益于Virtu执行服务的创纪录表现以及我们的做市业务的强劲业绩，两者合计创造了77.6％的调整后EBITDA。”
