ICE出售12亿美元Coinbase股份
洲际交易所（ICE）日前宣布已于本月初以12亿美元的价格出售了1.4％的Coinbase股份。
ICE首席财务官Scott Hill透露，该集团从出售Coinbase股票中获得9亿美元的净利润，该集团将利用收益提前偿还债务。
ICE在Coinbase的投资是由其子公司NYSE完成的，该子公司参加了Coinbase在2015年1月的7500万美元C轮融资。
Coinbase于4月14日在纳斯达克完成IPO。许多Coinbase高管在此次上市中成功套现，其中最突出的一位是创始人兼CEO Brian Armstrong出售了2％的股票，获得2.92亿美元的收入。
此外，ICE旗下加密交易所Bakkt也将通过合并SPAC上市。
ICE首席财务表示，预计Bakkt与Victory Park Spac的合并将在本季度末完成。第二季度调整后的运营支出将在7.42亿美元至7.52亿美元之间，其中包括与Bakkt相关的大约3500万美元的额外支出。
