Dror Efrat出售Investing.com股份
Investing.com的创始人Dror Efrat日前将其持有的Investing.com股份出售给一家总部位于亚洲的国际投资基金。
以色列当地媒体Globes披露，这笔交易的成交价约为5亿美元，但实际上成交价没有那么高。新股东的身份尚未明确。
2007年，Efrat和其他三位创始人共同创建了这个Investing.com，提供实时报价、图表、目录、最新的金融新闻、技术分析和金融工具，其数据来自全球100多家股票交易所，还提供对商品、加密货币、货币、债券和衍生品的见解。
Investing.com支持24种语言版本，月访问量超过1.99亿次，成为访问量最大的交易行业平台之一。
Efrat以245万美元的价格买下了Investing.com域名，并领导该公司长达11年。Omar Shvili是在线经纪商Markets.com的创始人，自2018年起担任该公司的负责人。
Investing.com受欢迎主要是因为其内容完全免费。几年前，Investing.com的高管透露，该公司每年都在录得两位数的增长，当年的营收约为6000万美元。
