英国金融行为监管局（FCA）日前关停总部位于塞浦路斯的外汇及差价合约运营商Finteractive（FXVC）。
FXVC由CySEC授权和监管，在12月英国脱欧协议完成后，在FCA的临时许可制度（TPR）下运作。该公司现在已经不能继续在英国提供受监管的交易服务，必须关闭所有未平仓头寸并退还英国客户的资金。
FCA指出，FXVC使用了多种不合规的技术以推广其服务。该公司使用压力战术，刺激消费者投资越来越多的钱。
此外，FXVC还违反规定，鼓励一些客户宣称自己是专业投资者，但他们并不符合专业投资者的标准。
此前，FCA针对包括ET Finance和24option在内的多家经纪商采取了类似的行动。
