本来计划是去无锡看不锈钢交割仓库的，可是领导一直没有安排，有一个投资公司要去考察油厂，所以我就跟他们去走了一圈，出差了3天，把这边的油厂全部走了一圈。
他们去油厂都是约了公司的老总或者销售的负责人，他们调研的很细，包括油厂的原料库容，成品库容以及现有的库存数据，未来的到船数据、开机率，销售情况以及下游的销售结构，成品的结构，港口的运输方式和成本，提货的方式，采购、加工、销售的流程、节奏和各环节的成本。
调研的时候随时做笔记或者录音，交换联系方式，完了整理写成报告汇报，这让我学到很多，也让自己以后调研找到了方法，他们一出来调研就走访一两个月，全国各地都去调研，掌握的数据很完善也很准确，这样显得我们自己的数据都没有他们详细，我们的数据基本都来自机构的数据。
出差回来赶着写白糖的套保建议，基差贸易的报告，所以都没空去开发维护客户。
