A股3月开门红，周一三大股指高开高走，两市近3600股上涨。截至收盘，沪指涨1.21%，深证成指涨2.41%，创业板指涨2.77%。盘面上，钢铁、机械、化工、有色等周期类板块领涨；稀土永磁、锂电池、半导体、医美等概念活跃；金融股走弱。两市成交总金额下滑至约8700亿元，北向资金净买入约40亿元。
