该行注意到，对欧元区出现双底衰退的担忧，已导致未对冲ETF股票市场资金流入的逆转。另一个风险是，资金从意大利向其他外围国家蔓延，从而抑制进一步的资金流入。再加上欧洲央行再次发出可能再次降息的威胁，这可能会鼓励投资者再次开始对冲欧元投资。所有这些都使欧元/美元的近期前景更加谨慎。
