今天操作开始就拿了较多利润，反弹过程没有耐心等待，早早进场，影响到心态，尽管最后浮赢了，是轻仓加宽止损让我能及时调整心态，终于到了4500了，操作开始慢慢变得稳健许多了，继续努力，曲线可以不用那么陡峭，稳一点就好了。
