拜登推1.9万亿美元刺激计划，个人可获1400美元现金
北京时间1月15日，据《华尔街日报》、CNBC等多家外媒报道，美国当选总统拜登公布了大规模刺激方案“美国救援计划”（American Rescue Plan）细节，该方案总规模达1.9万亿美元。
该方案包括：向大多数美国人每人直接支付1400美元，连同2020年12月的600美元在内，救济总金额将达到2000美元；将联邦每周失业救济金提高到400美元，并延长到9月底；将联邦最低工资提高到每小时15美元，并拨款3500亿美元用于州政府和地方政府援助；拨款1700亿美元用于K-12学校（幼儿园至12年级）和高等教育机构；拨款500亿美元用于新冠病毒检测；拨款200亿美元用于国家疫苗方案。此外，该方案还将儿童税收抵免的年度可退款额提升至3000美元/儿童，6岁以下儿童每人可退款3600美元。
据拜登团队高级官员透露，“美国救援计划”将是拜登上台的头几个月中最重要的两项支出之一。第二个法案将有望于2月推出，主要目标是解决中长期的就业、基建、气候变化和种族平等问题。
