据新京报消息，中国消费者协会消费监督部主任张德志认为，从整体市场来看，社区团购占生鲜市场比较有限。对现在社会供给能力没有造成功能性影响。目前互联网平台大数据杀熟还未被坐实，但数据泄露情况已经发生，需要重视。社区团购对商品价格影响有限。此外，对于商品难以鉴定的情况，张德志建议，先由社会化平台鉴定摸底确定，再进行后续诉讼维权。
