1笔记，去年一年用了10本A5的笔记本，写写画画，数据分析，信号统计，也在社区发了700多条动态，绝大部分都是废话。
2自律，运动上，没停过，中间有段时间只是在楼上骑车都感觉不够宣泄情绪，还是需要在小区跑道上跑跑。论这个坚持能力，我自己都佩服我自己。
3黄金，一次意外的测试，给了我交易黄金的信心，之前交易一次被黄金伤一次，也在一直摸索适合黄金的系统参数。从结果论，黄金的赚钱效率最高。不过最近半个月都没多单信号。
展望2021，情绪稳定是第一位，赚钱是第二位。
