XAUUSD的1、2、3号单在震荡区间追涨杀跌，结果肯定全部失败，非农之前全天都在高位震荡，2号单止损稍晚了点，第一根阴线吃掉阳线就应考虑出来了；非农情绪稳定之后，等到一个做空的机会，4号单0.2手大幅获利290美元没出来，想着拿长线，无奈利润回吐至170美元，想着又是过周末有风险，还是获利了结了。
GBPUSD的1号单，保本止损合理。
总结：昨天上午连续开仓3次黄金，违背了每天上午开仓不能超过2次，每周上午开仓不能超过4次的原则，上午市场情绪不高涨，不适宜多操作。GBPUSD昨天最高点有做空的机会，当时准备下单，可是还有黄金空单没了结，也没保本止损，就遵守持仓单未保本止损，不开新订单的原则。宁可错过，也不可违背原则，养成坏习惯会损失更大。
