We discovered a technical issue over certain users' disconnected MT4 accounts to FOLLOWME and this has been flagged under URGENT status to the technical department for investigation and maintenance. We believe this could be caused by the recent upgrades of the MT4 platform and our technical team is doing their best to resolve this issue to resume the connection.
Kindly take note that you will not be able to follow any trade until the connection issue is resolved. For those who are currently following trades (COPYTRADE), please reach out to your trader or make a decision on your best judgement regarding the position closing.
