昨日黄金在亚盘开跌，又创低点1765。随后低位震荡。晚间几次尝试突破1765均没有成功。最后回调到了1780附近震荡。
目前黄金反弹力度可观，但是并没有出现反转信号。观察1784的压力表现，如果有效突破可以持有多单看中长线。
昨天低位震荡的时候心态比较崩溃，一直怕突然下破，在低位做了空单锁了一下。随后又解开了。整体操作还是按照预定计划进行。操作评分:5分。
