找外汇：什么是API，什么是EIA？两者之间有什么关联？
API数据是全美最大油气贸易协会，经过抽样调查公布的上周原油库存数据，北京时间每周三凌晨04:30公布，即非官方数据。EIA，美国能源资料协会简称，是美国能源部下属的能源信息署，属于官方机构。现在市场的交易员和国际权威的能源咨询机构都是采用EIA的库存数据，该数据一般每周公布一次，为北京时间每周三晚间11:30(夏令时10:30)公布。
虽然一个是非官方数据，一个是官方数据，但API数据是美国EIA原油库存数的指引，API对EIA数据具有前瞻性。在没有出现特别大数据异常或者前后值比较差异很大的情况下，API对油价波动的影响很小，作为原油投资者最需要关注的数据还是EIA。
ZHAOFX财经网截取了过去52周数据综合分析所得，仅有9次API和EIA公布的原油库存录得反向（一个为正值，一个为负值），意思是当日凌晨公布的API数据录得增加时，当晚公布的EIA录得减少。
换句话说，在统计范围内，API和EIA同向概率为43/52，约为82.7%。那么当API数据率先出炉，随之而来的EIA数据有82.7%的机率与API数据同向。比如，今天凌晨公布的API库存录得增加630万桶，按此估算，EIA库存增加的概率相当大。因此得出的结论，API和EIA同向概率高达82.7%。（文章来源于找外汇财经网）
