Pre-election market already showed that Biden will win since history has showed that he has a 88% chance to win as the market fell 3 candles, 3 weeks prior to the election to indicate 'no confidence' to Trump.
History FINALLY repeated itself.
President is Democrat, Senate is 2 seats lack for Democrat (due to equal representation may face stalemate), House of Representatives is Democrat.
So how to trade the market next?
My post election playbook:
(1) If Democratic can have a smooth transition of power, market elevation policy shall be introduced due to covid relief and infrastructure to heal US economy
Winners: ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) stocks, Silver, 5G, new infrastructure, China related stocks (NKE, AAPL)
Losers: Big techs, Media, Pharmaceuticals, Banks, O&G
(2) If there's gridlock/block of economic stimulation policy due to Senator stalemate outcome:
Winners: Higher volatility (trade options), Gold, BTC, weapon/guns
Losers: USD
