一套趋势系统交易理念的形成!
纪律和心态控制重于一切。然而，我却要不客气的指出，这一切的前提，是你必须要有一套完善、经过市场考验的交易系统，否则，就有流于空谈的危险。
一套趋势做单系统，一套经过验证的稳定盈利的系统，外加交易的规则，外加资金管理，多品种，分散风险……占据概率优势。长期坚持做下去。我做外汇的成长过程：我在3年的时候形成了自己的交易理念，一次偶然的复盘，在图形上找到了获利的方法。但是为了把图形获利的方法，系统化和规则化，我用1年的时间，用了很多方法。中间也不断的换方法和指标摇摆不定，期间无数次爆仓，最后还是回到正确的路上。
第4至5年的时候，用了一年多时间去完善系统，细化系统，不断的和自己做斗争。
第5个年头，知道自己有获利的能力了。知道外汇交易有人能盈利，技术上走出混沌状态，知道对和错，离开框架都是扯淡。交易其实不难，难的是自己。
解决自己的各种心理障碍，理顺了投机带给自己的心理障碍，技术上更细化了，对市场的理解也更深刻了。
在框架内，自己有了更灵活的做单手法，纪律的遵守靠意识。
