油价再次搁浅，发改委：本轮油价不调整
10月9日消息，据“国家发改委”微信号9日消息，根据近期国际市场油价变化情况，按照现行成品油价格形成机制，本次国内汽、柴油价格(标准品)不作调整。
统计数据显示，本次调价是2020年第十九次调价，本次调价过后，2020年成品油调价将呈现“三涨四跌十二搁浅”的格局，汽、柴油价格分别累计下调1860元/吨、1790元/吨。
当前国内的油价与往年同期相比，仍处于低位水平。
以92号汽油为例，不少地区的油价都在5.7元/升左右，距离国内的油价地板价距离较近，大部分车主也都进入了“五元加油”的时代。
下一轮调价窗口将于2020年10月22日24时开启，有分析师认为，短期内，国际油价仍存上行动力，但涨幅较为有限，因此新一轮发改委调价小幅上调概率较大。
还有分析师表示，新调价周期伊始，原油变化率处于正值靠上位置，成品油零售限价为上调预期。
后期若原油持续盘整，10月22日24时，国内成品油零售限价上调的概率较大，不过依然不能完全排除搁浅的可能。
