1，账户交易，连接解绑，跟随订阅等交易类咨询，值班时间8:30~23:00
2，禁言申诉，活动咨询，FCOIN 兑换等非交易类咨询，值班时间9:30~18:30。国庆期间在 FCOIN 中心兑换的礼品，将于节后统一发货。
