中芯国际辟谣被美列入黑名单：未收到相关消息，将继续与美合作
针对外媒报道“美国将对中芯国际发布禁令”一事，9月27日中芯国际向媒体回应称，公司将继续与美国商务部合作，并强调：“中芯国际只为民用和商用的终端用户提供产品及服务。本公司和中国军方毫无关系，也没有为任何军用终端用户生产。”
此前，据英国《金融时报》报道援引美国商务部工业与安全局（BIS公布的信件，称美国当局计划向中芯国际及子公司和合资公司采取出口管制措施。
该信件指出，经美国政府审查，认定向中芯国际出口产品最终可能被转用于中国军事用途，构成不可接受的风险，企业需要申请个别许可，才可向中芯国际出口技术产品。
