昨天到今天，黄金和镑美，5次糟心的操作，让我的账户回到了解放前，希望这次跌倒能让我长记性，坦然面对自己，诚实面对自己，是我能够继续成长的基础，回顾这两天交易的过程，有几个重要的问题需要引起重视:1、聚焦和专注。在能力、精力和账户实力还不够时，更需要突出重点。对于没有深入分析的品种、信手拈来的随性，坚决杜绝！（昨天的黄金）2、坚持自己最擅长的，无论技能还是风格，切记得陇望蜀！每个成功的交易者都有自己的核心技能，也有自己的交易风格。对别人的，不羡慕不嫉妒，适合别人的不一定适合自己！（昨天的镑美做着做着就从擅长的领域做到了边界之外，受到了白天看到一个千万级美元实盘账户的影响，有机会截图发出来）3、尊重客观事实，而不是心中臆想。盘面已经发生性质变化了，而我还在呆然固守！顺势，关键是顺着，但很多时候，眼睛看出来了，心理却在别着，不愿接受顺势！（镑美的反转）4、提防自己掉进心理陷阱。
