黄金：日线再次翻阳，非农数据利空，但空头没有延续，这样的行情我们理解成大震荡，今天的黄金思路操作上下拦截对待看大区间震荡。
原油：短线也在强压力下面震荡，我们昨天原油空单也只是小赚，今天的原油短线还得继续震荡。
