确实有夜盘后感觉累，也是调整了好长时间才适应了这种节奏。
早晚开盘半小时左右最忙，挂条件单，写成交记录。剩下的时间自由安排，复盘也行，干别的也行，只要能听见条件单成交提示音就可以，成交后立即挂止损单。下午收盘后复盘一个多小时，写统计记录。晚上到11：30，如果有到1点的品种，挂手机文华条件单之后睡觉。2：30的所有品种都不做不关注。
条件单是个好东西，相当省事，勾选超价委托和不成交撤单重新委托这俩选项，即使遇到极端行情也会妥妥成交，顶多价格不美丽。如果题主的交易系统不适合挂条件单，也不是日内超短，可以试试价格预警，也可以不用那么紧张的盯盘。
