我们重要的看盘时间，每天早上六点左右，昨天的日线收线后看日线收线形态，还有欧盘和美盘开盘时候看小时线，处于哪一个位置，是否处于重要的压力和支撑位。
千万不要一直盯着盘看，这样容易陷入盘中，没有自己的空间意识，被盘面的走势迷惑。下单后设好止盈止损，要不止盈要不止损，不要一直看盘。中长线布局，定好挪损位置后，看关键位置是否突破，看看回踩力度就行了，也不要一直盯着盘面。
