我有一个特点，喜欢追涨杀跌，还喜欢重仓，而且对重仓特别上瘾，就是刚开始是轻仓整的，买着买着就重仓起来了，然后直到爆仓收场。为了今后不再犯此毛病，我得改，所以我挂上了帐户，所以今后就每天交易结束就插上战绩，以此来监督自己的行为。我有段时间特别清醒，觉得我能控制住自己。可每次感觉疲倦的时候，买着买着就失控了，这是心里因素，还有身体因素。当感觉很疲惫的时候，要好好休息一下，不能强迫自己交易。最近休息了两天，明天又可以休息了，太好了。
