央行逆回购“降息” 国债期货全线收涨
3月30日，3月30日人民银行以利率招标方式开展了500亿元7天期逆回购操作，中标利率至2.20%，上次中标利率为2.40%。国债期货则全线收涨，截至下午收盘，10年期主力合约涨0.04%，5年期主力合约涨0.23%，2年期主力合约涨0.15%。

3月30日，央行公告称，为维护银行体系流动性合理充裕，3月30日人民银行以利率招标方式开展了500亿元7天期逆回购操作，中标利率至2.20%。数据显示，上次中标利率为2.40%。
东方金诚：释放逆周期调节力度加大信号
东方金诚首席宏观分析师王青认为，本次公开市场政策利率下调，是对3月27日中央政治局会议要求的具体落实；下调幅度加大体现疫情影响超过预期，宏观政策逆周期调节力度正在加大。预计4月例行MLF招标利率也将下调20个基点，并引导1年期LPR报价出现相同幅度的下行。同时，4月央行有可能再实施一次全面降准，下调幅度有可能达到1个百分点。
中信固收：降息提前落地，货币宽松仍在进行中
中信固收明明团队认为，降息提前落地，货币宽松仍在进行中。对债市而言，在全球经济受疫情影响时间拉长、程度加深的背景下，中国经济很难独善其身，而随着后续财政政策的陆续出台，本次降息幅度较大也不是货币政策的一步到位，在信用扩张和经济拐点出现之前仍然难言货币政策拐点，目前我们认为10年国债到期收益率会再次进入到2.4%~2.6%区间。
