吞噬是由两种相反的运行K线组合成的反转信号。多头吞噬发生在下跌过程中。它会在比前一天股价更低的位置实现开盘,然后在收盘时超过前一天的收盘价。通常就连最高价也会超过前一天的最高价,如图所示。该图像K线还有两个变形：其一是开盘价可与前一天的收盘价相当,其二是收盘价可与前一天开盘价相同,但是这两种情况不能同时出现。
多头吞噬K线组合的确认原则如下：
第一、第二天的实体必须完全吞噬前一天的实体,但是不包括影线部分。
第二、如果吞噬的是一个十字K线,那么此时应该小心,等待更多的上涨信号出现再进行买入。
第三、如果被吞噬的前一天的下跌K线很长,并在吞噬后出现放量,那么此时该大胆买入。
第四、该图像通常出现在下跌底部。
