塞浦路斯证券交易委员会(CySEC)日前提醒公众，特别是PFX Financial Professionals Ltd的客户，该公司将开启赔偿程序。
CySEC现就以下事项告知公众：
1. 该公司的塞浦路斯投资公司(CIF)授权已于2018年10月被撤销。
2. 直至今日，该公司仍未解决由其向客户提供的投资和辅助服务所产生的义务，而这些义务是该公司应依法达成的。
3. CySEC已确定，由于与该公司的财务状况直接相关的原因，该公司，作为投资者赔偿基金(Investor Compensation Fund，简称I.C.F.)的成员，暂时无法履行其由投资者索赔引起的义务，且在可预见的未来也不具备如此能力。
4. I.C.F.将发布一份提交赔偿申请的邀请函，根据《关于投资者赔偿基金运营的指令DI87-07》 (Directive DI87-07 for the Operation of the Investors Compensation Fund)第五部分，指定提交相关申请的程序、提交的截止日期和内容。
5. 所有受影响的客户应对《指令DI87-07》以及关于提交赔偿申请的信息进行研习，并为提交索赔采取所有适当的行动。
