3，增加中美农业合作有利于满足我国消费需求，推进农业供给侧结构性改革，提升农业发展质量
4，金融服务开放对双方都是利好，相关承诺与近年来中国自主、有序推动的金融业开放是一致的
5，双方就汇率问题达成平等互利的共识，协议相关内容绝非《广场协议》的翻版
6，扩大自美进口规模符合我国既定方针和现实所需，将由中国企业和消费者根据市场原则自愿购买，政府不会为实现这一规模而采取行政指令、财政补贴等方式
7，在双边评估和争端解决机制中，中美双方权利义务完全对等，它决不是美国监督中国的单边机制
8，关税退坡符合第一阶段谈判预期，为下一步谈判争取了主动
