24小时的交易总归有些规律的
亚洲盘：一般操作澳元、日元、纽元、黄金；
欧洲盘：一般操作欧元、英镑、瑞士法郎、黄金；
美国盘：一般操作加元、原油、黄金。
黄金：9点独立行情（牛市时期特别关注），14:15-14:30行情启动，16:15-16:30行情二次启动，20:15-20:30变盘，另外还需注意23:00与次日2:00。
货币日内规律：14:15-14:30出现日内高低点，16:00到1:30对14:00行情进行确认，16:00-18:00震荡，18:00到2:00延续，20:15到20:30变盘。
货币周内规律：周一大多是对上周五行情的单边回调行情；周二慎防逆转；周三慎防逆转；周四顺势单边；周五获利平仓为上策。其中我们最关键的是分清反转还是回调行情
